Large Body Contours

Tools for treating the back, legs, and chest include the GOST-2 and Gua Sha Professional-4. 

The GOST-2 provides an edge large enough for small to medium quadriceps and hamstrings. The symmetrically beveled treatment edge runs the entire perimeter of the tool providing a wide range of shapes for many muscular and soft tissue body contours.

The GP-4 treats muscles of the shoulder, back and more. Mobilize fascia and tight pectoralis muscles. Eliminate trigger points of the triceps, biceps, quadriceps, hamstrings, rhomboids, levator, and other periscapular muscles. Raise petechiae along the spine for a traditional gua sha treatment.

 

Largest Body Contours

Treat the glutes, hamstrings and quadriceps with the GOST-3.

The GOST-3 is designed for the largest muscles groups. The symmetrically beveled treatment edge is more rounded in comparison to our other tools.  Lean into stubborn trigger points and apply firm pressure with greater comfort to reach deeply into large muscle groups. Ideal for treating the glutes, piriformis, hamstrings, quadriceps, IT band and mobilizing fascia superficial to the hip flexors.

Use the GOST-3 to provide a unique massage experience or unlock the potential of gua sha by using firmer pressure.

 

Traditional Gua Sha of the Back/Spine

The GOST-2's edge and larger size provides a great tool for raising petechiae on the back and periscapular muscles.

The GP-4 easily raises petechiae along the spine and over periscapular muscles for a traditional gua sha treatment.

Manual Edema Mobilization

The larger edge found on the GOST-2 is effective for manual edema mobilization.

The GP-4's large edge also works well for manual edema mobilization.

The GOST-3's large and rounded edge provides a comfortable instrument for manual edema mobilization of the lower extremity. 

Scar Mobilization

All tools are capable of mobilizing mature (not red, raised or hypersensitive) scar tissue. Select a tool for small, medium or large body contours from the list above.

Improve control, apply firm pressure and decrease strain on the hand with any of the Gua Sha Professional Tools. A great choice for Individuals with hypermobile joints or arthritic changes affecting the hand. Even if you don't have the strongest hands the handle allows application of firm pressure when you need it. The handle provides greater comfort and improved control of the tool while minimizing stress on the user's thumb CMC joint and small joints of the digits.

Treatment Edge

The edge radius is not overly rounded. This provides greater sensitivity regarding tissue texture and minimizes the amount of pressure required to raise petechiae. The treatment edge is symmetrically beveled. This improves efficiency by allowing the tool to be held in either hand. The symmetrical edge also allows the user to make a distal stroke followed by a proximal stroke without reorienting the tool or changing hands.
