Thank you! Our products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If your order does not meet your expectations return any tool within 60 days for full refund. The treatment manuals including "Gua Sha; Clinical Applications for Chronic Soft Tissue Pain and Dysfunction" and "Chronic Lateral Elbow Pain A Clinicians Guide" are not returnable. Any defective tool may be returned for free replacement, the timeframe does not matter.
